Our Story

Forever MemoRays was born from a simple idea: every memory has a story, and every story deserves to be remembered.

After retiring from the United States Air Force, founder Ryan Ray wanted to embrace the simple joys of life and find meaningful ways to bring happiness to others. He wanted to spend the next chapter of his life doing something that brought people joy while celebrating the moments and memories that make life special.

For Ryan, some of life's greatest memories have been created through the people he loves most. From marrying the love of his life and raising his children, to the countless moments shared with family and friends, Ryan has experienced firsthand how quickly life moves and how meaningful those memories become over time.

That vision became even more meaningful through the experiences Ryan shared with the people closest to him.

From the happiness of celebrating his parents' 50th wedding anniversary to capturing the joy and memories surrounding his brother-in-law's wedding, Ryan was reminded of just how special it is to preserve the moments that bring families and loved ones together.

He also had the opportunity to be part of his former military unit's 75th anniversary, a celebration that honored its history, the people who served, and the legacy built over generations.

Then, the loss of multiple dear friends and fellow Airmen brought another perspective. It was a reminder that while life moves forward, the memories we create with the people we love become some of the most precious things we have left to hold onto.

These experiences gave Ryan even more inspiration to take the idea of Forever MemoRays further.

Four years after the original idea began, that vision grew into a passion-driven business dedicated to transforming cherished photos, videos, and personal memories into meaningful films that can be watched, shared, and treasured for years to come.

At Forever MemoRays, our name tells the story of who we are and why we do what we do.

"Memo" represents the memories that shape our lives—the people we love, the milestones we celebrate, and the moments we never want to forget.

"Rays" symbolizes light—the light that memories bring into our lives, the comfort they provide, and the way those memories continue to shine through the stories we preserve and share. It also carries a deeply personal meaning, as MemoRays is inspired by a blend of our family's last names, making our name a reflection of our own family and the values we bring to every project.

We believe memories are not meant to simply be stored away. They are meant to be remembered, revisited, shared, and passed down.
