Planning your MemoRay Drop should be simple. Here are a few helpful details about booking, guest submissions, QR displays, and receiving your finished memories.

A 40% non-refundable booking retainer reserves your MemoRay Drop and event date. The remaining balance is due before your completed Event Memory Film is delivered.
We'll confirm your event details, selected experience, and any additional requests before your project begins.

Guests can share photos, video clips, and personal messages from your event using your unique MemoRay Drop QR code.
Recorded messages may also be collected when available for your event setup.

No. Guests simply scan your event QR code with their phone and follow the instructions to share their memories.

Your MemoRay Drop includes personalized QR materials designed specifically for your event.
Digital Drops include print-ready designs for you to print and display.
Premium Printed Drops include printed QR pieces prepared and ready to display at your event.
The number of designs and printed pieces depends on the experience you select.

Celebration Experience: Guests have a 14-day upload window.
This gives guests additional time after the event to share photos, videos, and messages they may not have uploaded during the celebration.

Guest photos, videos, and messages are collected and organized for your Event Memory Film. Selected submissions are thoughtfully incorporated into the finished film.
With a Premium Printed Drop, you'll also receive a flash drive containing the original guest-submitted photos, videos, and recorded messages.

Most modern smartphones can scan the QR code using the phone's camera. Guests simply point their camera at the code and follow the link that appears.

Guests are welcome to share their memories throughout your upload window. If submissions exceed your package allowance, Forever MemoRays will select from the submitted memories to create your Event Memory Film. Additional submissions are not guaranteed to appear in the finished film.

Your completed Event Memory Film is typically delivered within 7–15 days after your guest upload window closes. More complex projects or special requests may require additional time, which will be discussed with you if needed.

Forever MemoRays stores the files for 30 days once project is complete.

Yes. A Guest Memories Flash Drive containing the original guest-submitted photos, videos, and recorded messages is included with Premium Printed Drops. Digital Drop clients may add a Guest Memories Flash Drive for $35.

Yes. Guest submissions are privately collected for your Forever MemoRay Drop. Guests can scan the QR code and submit their photos, videos, and messages without creating an account.
Guests cannot view or access submissions shared by other guests. Submitted memories are accessible only by Forever MemoRays for the purpose of organizing your event memories and creating your Event Memory Film.
