Life Chapters is a 12-month memory preservation program with convenient automatic monthly payments.
When you're ready to begin, you'll select your Life Chapters package and securely enter your payment information. Your first payment begins your membership, and your selected payment method will be automatically charged each month for the remaining 11 payments.
Your subscription is designed to end after 12 successful monthly payments, with no automatic renewal into another year.
All membership details will be outlined in your Life Chapters Service Agreement before you begin.

You don't have to have everything perfectly organized. Forever MemoRays will provide guidance to help make sharing your memories simple.
For the best results, submit original or highest-quality photo and video files whenever possible.

Each month's memories are professionally edited into a personalized Memory Film.
Depending on your membership, monthly films are approximately:
Life Chapter — 2–4 minutes
Life Chapter Plus — 3–5 minutes
Life Chapter Legacy — 4–6 minutesFilms may include music, titles, captions, movement, transitions, natural video audio, and storytelling elements appropriate to your memories.
Film length may vary depending on the content submitted and the story being told.

Each monthly Memory Film includes one revision round.
A revision round allows you to request reasonable changes after reviewing your film.
Your final year-end Life Chapter Film includes up to two revision rounds.
Major changes, additional content, or requests outside the original project scope may require an additional fee. Any additional cost will be discussed before changes are made.

At the end of your 12-month membership, meaningful moments and highlights from throughout your year are thoughtfully brought together into your final Life Chapter Film.
Your year-end film is designed to tell the larger story of your year rather than simply combining all 12 monthly films from beginning to end.

That's perfectly fine. Some months naturally have more memories than others. Unused photo and video allowances do not roll over to future months.

Additional content may be available for an additional cost, or you may choose to upgrade your membership. Any additional cost will always be discussed with you first.

Your membership continues even if you don't have memories to submit during a particular month. Contact us and we'll help determine the best way to handle that month's chapter.

Yes. Printed and older photographs can be digitized for use in your films. Forever MemoRays can provide guidance for safely converting them into digital files.
