There's no payment required to submit your request. We'll connect with you to learn more about your story, answer your questions, help you choose the right experience, and confirm your project details before you move forward.

Once your project is confirmed, we'll provide instructions for securely sharing the materials needed for your film.

Depending on your project, you may provide photos, home videos, voice recordings, messages, letters, and other meaningful materials that help tell your story.

Whenever possible, please send original, full-quality files rather than screenshots or compressed copies.

Yes. Printed and older photographs can absolutely be included in your Memory Film.

We'll provide guidance for digitizing them using a scanner, smartphone, or photo-scanning app. Additional digitization assistance may also be available depending on your project.

Yes. Your memories are personal, and Forever MemoRays treats them with care.

We do not use your personal photos, videos, or completed film for marketing or portfolio purposes without your permission.

If we'd like to showcase any portion of your project, we'll ask for your approval and the appropriate release first.

You should make sure you have the appropriate permission or authority to provide the photos, videos, recordings, and other materials submitted for your project.

This is especially important when materials involve minors, professional photography, copyrighted content, or recordings created by someone else.

Yes. Revision allowances vary depending on the film or experience you select and are listed with each service.

Included revisions may be used for reasonable adjustments such as text corrections, photo replacements, timing changes, or other edits within the original project scope.

Requests beyond the included revision allowance or changes that substantially alter the original project may require an additional editing fee. Any additional cost will be discussed with you before the work is completed.

Yes. You're welcome to share songs, artists, or types of music that are meaningful to your story.

Some commercially released music has copyright or licensing restrictions that may affect whether it can be used or how your finished film can be shared.

Forever MemoRays uses appropriately licensed music when required and will discuss available options with you if your requested music has restrictions.

orever MemoRays offers several film experiences designed for different stories, events, and amounts of content.

Current starting prices and package details are available on each individual service page.

Additional photos, videos, special requests, keepsakes, or work outside the selected package may affect the final price. Any additional costs will be discussed with you before additional work is completed.

Applicable sales tax will be added when required.

There is no payment required simply to submit your Start Your Story request or have an initial conversation about your project.

Once your project details are confirmed and you're ready to move forward, a 40% non-refundable booking retainer is generally required to reserve your project and production time.

The remaining balance is due before delivery of your completed final film unless a different payment arrangement is included in your project agreement.

Production time varies depending on the type of film, amount of material, project complexity, and current production schedule.

Estimated timelines are provided with each individual service and will be confirmed with you before your project begins.

If you have a specific event date or deadline, please let us know when you submit your story so we can discuss availability.

Digital delivery is included with Forever MemoRays film experiences unless otherwise specified.

Private online viewing may also be included depending on the experience you select.

Personalized DVD and USB keepsakes are available with certain packages or as additional options. Your specific delivery options will be confirmed before your project begins
