From your memories to films you'll treasure forever.
1. Choose Your Story
Select the Legacy Film experience you'd like us to create for you.
Once you've chosen your package, we'll confirm your project details and send you the information needed to get started.
2. Secure Your Project
A 40% deposit is required to reserve your project and begin the creative process.
Please Note: Some projects with an extended production timeline may be divided into three scheduled payments. Payment details will be outlined in your project agreement before work begins
Once your deposit is received, you'll receive your personalized Memory Vault upload link where you can begin securely sharing your photos, videos, letters, voice recordings, and other meaningful memories.
3. Share Your Memories
Upload your memories through your secure Memory Vault.
You can share photos, videos, letters, voice recordings, and other special items that help tell your story.
For ongoing projects, such as Baby's First Year Legacy Films, memories can be added throughout the year.
4. We Create Your Film
We'll carefully transform your memories into a professionally crafted Legacy Film, combining storytelling, music, photographs, video, and personalized creative elements.
5. Review & Approve
When your film is ready, you'll receive a private preview to watch and review.
Your package includes up to two rounds of revisions to ensure your film feels just right.
The remaining balance is due before your final Legacy Film is delivered.
6. Treasure It Forever
Once your film is complete and your final balance has been paid, you'll receive your finished Legacy Film in your selected format.
Choose from a USB Keepsake, DVD Keepsake, or Private Shareable Online Link.
Your story is now preserved to revisit, share, and treasure for generations to come.

Our Rates
What do I need to provide for my film?
No. Forever MemoRays respects your privacy and does not share your personal information, photos, or videos without your permission.
Your memories are personal, and we treat them with the care and respect they deserve. The only time we may ask to share photos or videos from your completed film is if you are comfortable allowing us to showcase our work. In that case, we will ask you to sign a photo and video release form giving us permission to share only the content you approve.
Your trust is important to us, and we will always honor your wishes regarding the privacy and sharing of your memories.
At Forever MemoRays, we offer set pricing packages designed to make creating a meaningful memory film simple and transparent. Each package includes the time, creativity, and care needed to thoughtfully transform your memories into a finished keepsake.
Because every story is unique, additional photos, videos, interviews, special requests, or extra editing needs may require additional time and can result in an increased cost. We will always discuss any changes with you beforehand so you understand what is included and any adjustments to the price.

ADDITIONAL PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Adding photos or video clips beyond the number included in your selected package may require an additional fee. Any additional costs will be discussed with you in advance before the additional work is completed.
SALES TAX
Applicable Ohio sales tax will be added to taxable Forever MemoRays purchases and services based on the applicable tax rate for your transaction. Sales tax is separate from the listed package price and will be clearly shown on your invoice or checkout before payment is completed.

Photos, Videos & Materials
You can provide photos, home videos, voice recordings, letters, messages, or any other items that help tell your story. We will guide you through what works best.
How many photos or videos can I include?
The number of photos and videos depends on the package selected. Additional photos, videos, or special requests may increase the time required and could affect the final cost.
What if my photos are old, damaged, or not digital?
We can help guide you on options for scanning and preserving older photos so they can be included in your film.
Can I include videos, voice recordings, or messages from family and friends?
Yes. Including personal messages, recordings, or video clips can make a film even more meaningful and personal

Do I need permission to provide photos or videos of other people?
Yes. We want you to love your finished film and ensure it reflects your vision. Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions as part of the creative process. These revisions allow us to make adjustments and fine-tune the film while keeping the project timeline on track.
Due to the time and editing involved in creating each memory film, any additional revisions beyond the included two rounds may require an additional fee. We will always discuss any extra requests with you beforehand and provide clear communication regarding any additional costs.
Yes. If you provide photos, videos, recordings, or other personal materials that include family members, friends, or other individuals, you should make sure you have permission to use and share those materials for the purpose of creating your film. Respecting everyone’s privacy and rights helps ensure that each memory is handled with care.
Forever MemoRays uses your personal photos, videos, and memories to create a customized film for your family or organization. By submitting photos, videos, and other materials, you confirm that you have permission to use those items or that you are authorized to provide them for use in your project.
For music, Forever MemoRays uses properly licensed music sources or client-provided music when appropriate. Please note that some popular songs may have copyright restrictions that affect how a film can be shared online or publicly. If you request a specific song, we will discuss available options and help determine the best approach for your film.
Your completed film is intended for personal, family, or organizational use. Commercial use, public distribution, or sharing beyond the intended audience may require additional permissions or licensing. Music and third-party materials are subject to applicable copyright and licensing requirements."
REVISIONS
Every Forever MemoRays film includes up to two (2) revision rounds to help ensure your film reflects your vision.
Additional revisions requested beyond the two included rounds may be subject to additional editing fees.
Minor Revisions
Starting at +$20 per revision
Examples include:
Text or spelling corrections
Caption or date updates
Replacing photos
Music changes (when possible)
Minor timing adjustments
Major Revisions
Starting at +$50 per revision
Examples include:
Reordering scenes or chapters
Significant story restructuring
Replacing multiple photos or video clips
Extensive editing changes
Major changes requested after approval of a previous revision
Please Note: Revision requests that substantially change the original project scope may require additional editing time and may be quoted separately.
