    Memory Moment Films are intentionally designed around one focused moment or experience. If your project includes more content or requires a longer story, a Milestone Film may be a better fit. We'll discuss this with you before making any changes to your project or pricing.

  • Memory Moment Films are typically completed within 1–3 weeks once all photos, video clips, and requested information have been received.

    Rush service may be available depending on the current project schedule.

  • Your Memory Moment Film includes up to 1 complimentary revision round.

    After receiving your initial film for review, you'll have an opportunity to request reasonable changes before final approval.

    Additional revisions or requests requiring significant additional editing may result in an additional charge. Any additional cost will be discussed with you before changes are made.

  • Memory Moment Films are typically 3–5 minutes in length.

    Final film length may vary depending on the photos and video clips provided and the story being told.

    Your film may include music, titles, captions, dates, natural audio, transitions, movement, and other enhancements selected to complement your memory.

    Video clips may be thoughtfully shortened or edited to create a natural flow while preserving the meaningful moments and sounds that make the memory special.

  • Your completed Memory Moment Film includes digital delivery, making it easy to watch, save, and share your finished memory.

    Personalized DVD and USB keepsake options are available for an additional cost.
