    The remaining balance is due before final delivery of your completed Memory Film.

    For projects with an extended timeline, a customized payment schedule may be available.

  • Your Milestone Film includes up to 50 photos and 5 video clips. If your story includes more memories, additional photos and video clips may be added:

    After receiving your initial film for review, you'll have the opportunity to request reasonable changes before final approval.

    Requests outside the included revision rounds or changes requiring significant additional editing may result in an additional charge. Any additional cost will be discussed with you before changes are made.

  • Milestone Films are typically 5–10 minutes in length.

    Final film length may vary depending on the number of photos and videos provided, the length of your video clips, and the story being told.

    Video clips may be thoughtfully shortened or edited to help create a natural flow while preserving the meaningful moments, voices, and sounds that make your memories special.

    Your film may include music, titles, captions, dates, transitions, movement, and other enhancements selected to complement your story.

  • Your completed Milestone Film includes digital delivery and private online viewing, making it easy to watch and share your finished story.

    For those who would also like a physical keepsake, personalized DVD and USB options are available for an additional cost.

    These keepsakes provide another meaningful way to preserve, gift, and share your Memory Film with family and loved ones.
